When we formed our new company, we wanted to find a name with personal meaning. Eric Ogren, a founding partner, grew up near Kalispell, Montana. He still considers the nearby Glacier National Park as one of the most beautiful places on Earth.
Although our offices are currently in Arizona, we felt that Glacier was an appropriate name. The region evokes strong appeal, much like the special opportunities that we select.
Our Approach
We operate as an independent sponsor. Our focus does not have predefined industry limitations. We choose desirable companies based on many factors, including professional and recreational interests, geography, and excellent fit with our operating partners.
Although our team is very familiar with active deal sourcing within other projects, at Glacier we discover most targets through personal referral.
