Ian is responsible for actively identifying, originating, and analyzing investment opportunities in the healthcare space. He also oversees the initial financial modeling and due diligence activities for prospective investments, as well as the creation of the firm’s investment committee memoranda.

Ian joined the Glacier team in 2020 after earning a Master of Science in Finance from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. While at ASU, Ian mentored prospective and newly admitted students as a WP Carey Ambassador and served as the founder and President of the ASU Investors Club, a group dedicated to studying the philosophies and techniques of the world’s most successful investors.

Before graduate school, Ian worked in sales and operations roles at Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 IT hardware, software, and services company headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. In these positions, he managed projects and day-to-day relationships with IT leaders from multibillion-dollar companies and government entities.

Ian grew up in the White Mountains of Arizona and completed his undergraduate education at Northern Arizona University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. In his free time, he enjoys reading, hiking, playing and watching basketball, playing poker, and spending time with his friends, family, and golden retriever Zoe.
