Jay brings over two decades of C-Suite experience (as COO|CTO of SkyMall, COO of GiftCards.com, CEO of Vista Hook, and CEO of Helse) to the table that allows him to effectively manage challenging business circumstances that require an entrepreneurial approach and disciplined operational execution.

Jay was instrumental in developing and leading teams that were highly successful in accelerating revenues and profitability at each company he led. As a result, he has navigated two public and two private equity all-cash buyout transactions.

Most recently, Jay founded a consulting firm named Moloqo to continue his quest in helping management teams and the shareholders they represent, thrive.

Jay is currently the Founder & CEO of Vista Hook, LLC. Vista Hook is an innovative, premium eyewear brand with a patented design that seamlessly incorporates a carabiner into the left temple to provide a unique clip-on feature that minimizes losing or displacing your sunglasses or reading glasses.

Jay is also the Founder & CEO of Helse, Inc. Helse Inc. developed and manufactures Ossler, one of the first telemedicine devices approved by the FDA.

Jay was a member of the 2011 Class of Forty under 40 in Phoenix, Arizona.
