Eric has over a decade of M&A and private equity industry experience. He has originated and completed over $450 Million in proprietary equity deployments and has participated in over $1.5 Billion in transaction value on behalf of private equity groups across various industries including healthcare, manufacturing, consumer products, aerospace, laboratory, and chemicals.

Eric spent ten years in merchant banking, where he focused exclusively on sourcing, evaluating, and consummating proprietary platform and add-on acquisitions on behalf of corporate and private equity acquirers. In addition to his investment banking experience, Eric worked directly for a middle-market private equity group responsible for deal origination and investment evaluation.

Eric also served as a Business Development Executive for a venture capital focused private investment platform where he was responsible for sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities in the consumer products space. He began his career as an investment representative with the multinational banking and financial services company JPMorgan Chase (NYSE: JPM).

Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University and his MBA at the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Growing up in Northwestern Montana’s Glacier Country, outdoor exploration is ingrained in Eric’s life, and when he can break away from the office, he regularly seeks the freedom it provides.
